My name is Devin Mosher, Im a managing partner of DBR Construction. I was raised in an extended family of contractors, subcontractors, and developers. I was on the job site everyday while growing up as a kid. As soon as I was able to hold a broom I was sweeping the floors of my Fathers jobs. From there he taught me how to work power tools and eventually the tricks of the trade. I grew up in Florida for most of my life and ventured out to Hawaii where I had an opportunity to work for a General Contractor for a few years. There I met my beautiful Wife while she was on vacation and I followed her back to Ohio where she has called home her whole life. Ive grown to love this place. Ive had the blessed experience to work in multiple states and see design influences and building styles. I feel that helps equip me for most of the projects that come our way. If you're reading this - I hope you bring a project that makes me scratch my head and go research it. Im dedicated to the construction craft. Who We Are
DBR Construction, which stands for Design Build Remodel, is a boutique construction company based in Dayton, Ohio, with a focus on areas like Beavercreek, Centerville, Bellbrook, and Kettering. We serve clients throughout the surrounding region—from north of Dayton up to Troy, to the south around Cincinnati, including Mason and Blue Ash, and occasionally northeast toward Columbus.
We started as a family-owned company and have continued to be just that. My father-in-law, Scott Wellman—who's been a general contractor for 40+ years—and my brother-in-laws were the original foundation of the company.. We have since brought in other craftsmen to our team but still hold onto the family-owned badge because we care deeply about everybody on our team.
Our goal is to revolutionize the industry that has been otherwise looked at as archaic. We aren't changing what it means to be a craftsmen, because that can't change, but the process of how the typical construction project goes. We value transparent scopes of work, consistent communication, and have our own expectation of what the final product should look like - We take pride in our work. We look to invest our time in finding the leading products for a beautiful and durable finish, researching new building systems, and processes.

Home Consultation
If you felt great about the previous information we will meet you for a site walk. There we will take exact measurements of the space to bring back to the office. Then write up a scope of work breaking everything down by exact measurements.
